Travel over to the airships and Laphsaran garrisons between 30th July (9 AM) and 20th August (8:59 AM CEST) to find small whirlwinds, which will give you the Battleship Blessing (60 Minutes) when you pass through them. The buff grants you +1% movement speed and +500 HP.
