Two reward packs will be handed out in the game via the survey function during the stated times. Please note the conditions for participating.

Reward Pack Conditions

• Rewards are distributed via the survey function in the game
• Rewards can only be collected once per character
• Items can only be collected during the stated period
• All items available from the survey can be neither traded nor sold
• Once collected by a character, the items cannot be transferred to another
