Update 2.8.5 Trailer: Dominance
New Instance: Tartarus
Get ready for the new Tartarus instance in the Apheta Beluslan battlefield. Fight your way through the instance to face the volatile Phaestos at the end.
- Instance for 2 to 6 players (from level 58)
- Can be entered once per week (resets Wednesdays at 9:00 AM)
- Entry: Depends on Apheta Beluslan’s capture status
- The Time Fragment item is required for entry and can be purchased from merchants near the fortress
- Obtainable loot in this instance: Abyss Relics and Ebony Gold Medals

New Instance: Wall of Lament
The Wall of Lament is also located in Apheta Beluslan. There you’ll come face to face with the behemoth that is Samael.
- Instance for 2 to 4 players (from level 58)
- Can be entered once per week (resets Wednesdays at 9:00 AM)
- Entry: Depends on Apheta Beluslan’s capture status
- The Lament Fragment item is required for entry and can be purchased from merchants near the fortress
- *Obtainable loot in this instance: Eternal weapons, armour and Doomed Legion Leader’s accessories
New Fortress Battle for Apheta Beluslan
Capture Apheta Beluslan in the new Fortress Battle: First destroy the fortress gate, and then deactivate the Aetheric Field. This is how you get to the powerful Guardian General, who must be eliminated.
The winning faction will gain unlimited access to both new instances, which can be accessed via the fortress. The losing faction can still enter the instances, but they will need to use the respective item (Time Fragment, Lament Fragment) to do so.
