Guide to Reporting a Bot?

Forget filing a petition or sending a ticket to customer support. Instead, use the in-game feature called “Report Auto Hunting”.

To access this tool:

Navigate via the menu by clicking: and choose “Skills” or use the shortcut by pressing K.

You'll now spot the Skills window. Head over to the “Actions” tab, where the Report Auto Hunting button awaits:

Drag this button to your skill bar or utilize it directly from there.

Target the suspicious character and press the Report button (Note: One-click suffices if on your skill bar; a double-click is needed if from the skill window)

A new confirmation window will pop up:

Confirm by choosing “OK” and bam! The bot is recorded in our internal Bot-System and we’ll commence the hunt!

How to report a Kinahseller?

Like with bots, do not send a ticket to customer support. Use the in-game “Block” function to report the spammer instead.

This is straightforward. Simply right-click the character’s name in the chat, hit “Block” and confirm with “OK”.

Aaaaaand you’re done! Can’t see the spam anymore, and the spammer is officially added to our band list!

Mistakenly blocked someone? No worries! Go to the Menu, then Community, and hit “Find Friend” (or just mash V for speed!) Hit the “Block” tab, right-click the name, and choose “Unblock”.

Blocking list is finite, but fret not. We routinely clear banned spammers from your block list.

Note: Reporting will not make bots/kinahsellers vanish instantly, as the system cross-verifies reports to ensure legitimate players aren’t banned unfairly.

How to notify about a bot?

It's straightforward. Right-click on the character’s name in the chat window, click “Block” and affirm with “OK”.

And it’s done. No more spam for you, and the spammer's flagged for banning!

Did you accidentally block the wrong person? Chill! Navigate the Menu, select Community, then “Find Friend” (or just press V for shortcuts!). Switch to the “Block” tab, right-click the name, and select “Unblock”.

Note: Remember, when you report a bot/kinahseller it won't vanish instantly, as the system allows the reports to be reviewed and validated, ensuring no genuine player is mistakenly banned.
