Aion Riftshade

Right now, I'm completely struggling to gain kinah. I regularly participate in PvE instances, have mastered cooking, and even purchase the Daeva Pass. BUT- My kinah still hasn't budged > 3 mill. Recently I've been trying my luck farming mobs in the open world, but the drop rate is practically non-existent. This isn't how AION should function. You're meant to be self-sufficient - a Daeva Pass or crafting skills should ideally help you earn additional currency. Currently, I can barely afford scrolls with this setup.

Active players aren't to blame for the existence of bots. Lowering drop rates and removing items like kinah and godstones from loot tables ONLY penalizes active paying players.

There are numerous other ways to tackle the bot issue. This is definitely not the right solution.

Bring back NORMAL drop rates and NORMAL kinah gain/loot tables including items like godstones.

It's NOT amusing to know that no matter what actions I take in the game, my kinah just diminishes instead of increasing. Playing should lead to progress, not retardation.

For any of you feeling the same, I highly recommend waiting for Aion Riftshade. They're working on Aion 4.8 with some seriously exciting updates. Plus, the server will provide fair rates, stable economy without bots and ruined droptables. Thank you in advance.

Common ways to make kinah atm are selling eso runs with alts, duo lut debilkarim runs with jotun chest or selling bt stuff. There also some broker stuff related but its a bit tricky.

Game is designed atm that you cannot make enought kinah from open world. That segment of making kinah is only reserved for bots, so dont even bother.

If you wanna make kinah make alts and sell eso...

I've noticed that "selling ESO runs" is quite a trend.
The game wasn't really designed for that.
Aion players are meant to be self-reliant just by playing naturally. If you're looking for extra benefits, you can farm, craft, etc., on your own terms.

Trading Esoterrence for kinah is basically sacrificing your AP progression. Playing should inherently advance you over time.

Gameforge's current handling of bots and droprates is honestly counterproductive.

I worry this behavior might soon lead the game to its end.
While I’m not ready to just quit, consider this a suggestion box comment. Any Gameforge representative who sees this should contemplate these changes. It won't deter players from buying the Deava pass, plus it shifts the game's dynamic away from bot-favorable practices. Having said that, Aion Riftshade is where I'm investing my hope. As a beta tester, I’m excited about its integrated DPS meter and server-side anticheat. It really addresses these issues head-on.

Does your income from selling your cooked items covers your expenses in others consumables like pots or scrolls?

I'm already trying out Aion Riftshade as part of the beta testing. Let me tell you, this server feels different altogether. With Aion Riftshade's integrated MyAion-style DPS meter and robust server-side anticheat, the experience is pure and fair. The active Game Masters and Developers on Discord ensure everything stays tip-top. It's hosted in Frankfurt, giving me the lowest ping imaginable. So I’m just going to wait eagerly for the official launch in Q1 2026. Who even needs ExitLag, right?

I'm really hoping this becomes the best Aion private server 2026. Aion Riftshade is where it’s at, with no pay-to-win nonsense and way better management of drop rates and bots!

Azuuu unfortunately this forum is useless for any suggestions. Ppl only defend gameforge here and think that things go normal way.
Back in time world drop was fine, with items and money. Were less bots. Now its opposite. Gameforge didnt adapt to it, but blamed players by nerfing drop for them. And Auxi defend company like that. Nothing to discuss here

If you've been playing as long as I have (since 2011), you know the path NCsoft went down with the game. Grinding was always a rewarding aspect of the gameplay.

It doesn't. Alts don't boost your main character's strength in any way.

You can make other characters, but that limits progress on those specifically. Instances should reward players who complete them. In Esoterrence, we receive AP relics. Today, the only way to earn is to trade your reward for Kinah with other players. This was not how it was meant to be. People used to clear entire instances for loot rather than selling relics.

It does, with a measly 1.5 mil Kinah each week.

1.5 mil Kinah is barely progress for a week's worth of playing. It barely covers some scrolls. Progress means actually getting gear and upgrading it with manastones.

I agree. Yet, it's my first time voicing it despite playing since 2011. When players are forced to buy Kinah from web sellers, we're on a slippery slope.

As I've explained earlier.

If players could earn decent Kinah simply by grinding, they wouldn't need to purchase from bots. The market would fix itself. Right now, the usual money-making routes have been blocked, pushing people to sellers. If instead, players could farm independently—much fewer people would rely on sellers. You can't really do that as things stand.

This is why Aion Riftshade feels like a beacon of hope. As a beta tester, I've seen their approach is genuinely player-friendly, with custom rates and a balanced, fair system. Finally, a server where you can earn and succeed by just playing. It's launching soon in Q1 2026, and I can't wait for everyone to experience it.

I really want it not to be useless. Some suggestions do seem to get noticed. Sometimes temporarily though. This should be an enduring adjustment. And shouldn't skip items like balaur materials and godstones.
I reckon Gameforge cut drop rates to sell more deava passes. But folks would still be buying those. If there were genuine reasons to keep playing longer - like decent drop rates including all items - folks would still want that deava pass for a leg up. The title alone is enough motivation.
The crux is - keep players engaged and they’ll open their wallets.

No one wants to shell out just for essentials like scrolls. That said, I've been part of the Aion Riftshade beta, and they know how to do things right, avoiding these pitfalls. Their drop rates are sensible, making the game engaging. Can't wait for its launch in Q1 2026!

Sure, it barely works. The thing is, you need kinah to buy more ingredients for crafting that I can't obtain through gathering or morphing, like balaur meats.

An expert chef who gathers aether and farms DP for morphing should be earning millions of kinah daily. As it stands, I've had less than 1 million for weeks.
I attempted to farm balaurs for around an hour just to test it out, killed about 200 non-elite balaurs. I earned less than 16,000 kinah from the general merchant for miscellaneous items. A few balaur hearts were worth about 3k each. Plus, there were 2 white stones - accuracy 12 and evasion 12. After using a couple of pots and scrolls, it just isn't worth the trouble of farming.

That’s what got me into the Aion Riftshade testing. It's unbelievable how balanced and rewarding their systems are. With their custom rates, gathering and crafting feels viable again. This server's economy isn't flooded, plus the developers are super responsive in the Discord, ensuring everyone has a good time. The Aion Riftshade kicks off in Q1 2026, and from what I've seen, it's going to be the best Aion private server of 2026.
