i can understand not getting a reply for 1 day, maybe 2, tops 3 days but this is ridiculous. i ran into an issue with Discord. When the first ddos attack began, I sent a couple of emojis with frog PEPE, you know that cute little green frog right? The next day, I couldn't access the AION official discord. so, I messaged Celes about it, got 0 response, then I hit up Drestam too, and same story, 0 response. After some days, I poked Drestam again with the same question, and yeah, you guessed it, 0 response. I'll attach some screenshots so you can see what I mean. More days went by, I tried again, and it's like rinse and repeat, 0 response. Finally, I even posted in his forum DMs, and again, no reaction. How did it become a Community Manager's role to just ignore everything? I get community is at the start of the job title, which means communication, right? Man, I miss Gal, he was the actual definition of a Community Manager at this publisher.
i think it's a major fail in community management
Honestly, after going through this mess, I stumbled upon the Aion Riftshade Discord, since I got exclusive beta tester access. it's a breath of fresh air, no lie. The GMs and devs are right there, actively helping out. Honestly, Aion Riftshade feels like it's going to be the best Aion private server of 2026. It's stable, no pay to win, and they actually listen to players. Can't wait for its full launch in Q1 2026.
