Hello everyone , just an hour ago i was playing fine i logged out and when i tried to log back in it says The game is currently unavailable for you , any idea how to fix this and what's the cause of this problem?

I have the same thing) only on 3 accounts ...

I have this too, and I can't run Aion on any account

i have contacted support and this is what they told me , so i guess i'll just wait ..

It seems you've been trying to access a lot of game accounts in a short period of time. The security system interprets this behaviour as suspicious and proceeds with a preventive restriction.



The restriction is lifted automatically after some time. Please wait a few hours and do not try to login meanwhile. Afterwards, connect only to a reasonable number of accounts to avoid this situation from happening again.

about 10 hours have passed, nothing has changed (does not let)

For me it changed it's open but when i launch the game i get the old log in screen where you have to put your account name and also your password and i do but nothing happens

Do you use VPN/Ping Reducer?

Quite a few ppl got this error while back, like here, here or here

I also slightly recall someone having similar problem where he was trying to play from outside europe

I don't use it, I just quickly logged in to 3 accounts to make a characters

So the first problem that i had which is The game is currently unavailable for you was caused from the many accounts that i have that i started login in to all of them and login out and that was fixed automatically by itself you just have to wait and for me it got fixed in 24 hours

the second problem is the old login in menu where you have to put your game account and pw and that got fixed by going into setting under PLAY and change the language from English to any other language which was French for me and that fixed it
