so, i'd just installed aion classic, picked my server (tahabata if relevant), made a character and all that fun stuff, when all of a sudden, the game says it has detected an illegal program and needs to close. the only other programs i had open are Steam, Discord and the GF launcher. now, i'm trying to log back in and it keeps saying that the server 'failed to load my social security number', what's going on?
Contact support, noone on forum won't be able to help you
I am having the same issue on the same server where it randomly kicks me out every few hours. Good thing, you will be able to log in again after an hour. Bad thing, support was not able to help me with this yet despite not using any illegal programs. They did mention that this specific error is related to a system error, so mentioned the usual reinstall. Sorry this is not much help, but you are at least not alone
Same thing happened to me just now...
the game said it has detected an illegal program and needs to be closed. At the login when choosing the server it says "failed to load my social security number (5)"
I'm a new player and was questing in the abyss (character level 34). The only thing i did while questing was to kill a bot there...
I just tried with support, created an account support but couldn't login to open a ticket and now the support page says that i tried "more passwords than normal users should" and to wait 3 hours to try again...
how did you resolve?
