When new system restarts rewards(Manage bonuses)?
It was always 01/07, unfortunately from what I see - the restart did not occur.
When can we expect the rewards we paid for?

Veteran rewards will not refresh again. The "manage bonuses" tab only exists to get your old stuff before the change to the new Gameforge client.

While I and my friends are holding off on writing to bank regarding a refund for 5 accounts each, topped up on the date in which the bank grants refund - until I receive a link to a post on the Aion home page informing about it - if such an information post does not exist, together with my friends(3-5account each, 6 ppl), we will simply submit a refund application to our bank - If I were alone, I might have a problem explaining that game provider scamed me, but when several people reported it, the problem solved itself - we already used this "privilege" once - with a smaller group we regained money within 2 weeks.

-from level 30 to level 80
-for elite levels - 20 GP per event
In this case, we have still many days. In my account it is 5400 days.
Because of purchasing Gold Pack, we have been receiving from game something back, as idk - as a gift, for free and it was twice a year.
IMO it was something nice, because for free for everyone, and it was basic system. U now deleted it and I would like to ask U:
Do U plan provide something new, working like old deleted one?

We already started procedure of recovering money from new accounts(new accounts 80/80GP) - since GF robbed us of one prize pool (because system was unavailable before reset), I see no reason why We should not recover the money for these new accounts.
They can ban these accounts, they are useless anyway since GF showed off as usual and robbed/scamed players.
If we could have kept the Veteran Rewards and Hero Trials, we would have.
Migrating the game to our Gameforge Client changed things on the back end and we could not bring those mechanics with the migration.
Hopefully we would like to bring them back in the future but that would be a lot of effort.

This is an obvious lie.
What does the veteran reward system have in common with the luncher?
Especially since a tab has already been added to collect rewards?
A simple JOB in the database set to 2 dates: 01/01 and 07/01 would be enough to reset rewards list for each account(or JOB in crontab).
You can tell such lies to children, on the forums of your other games - aimed at this age(young) group.
I just hope that more people will get angry and get their money back through bank.

Ty for reply. Good to read that. But i don't understand, why hero trials and veteran system have been corrupted after the migration. I explain that to myself, like the game received a new platform or ... or something like that. But - if to speak about hero trials - I remember a difficulties with a new main patches in the past already, and after a certain of time hero trials worked. Veteran system was never corrupted since i started play in patch 5.8 ...
I don't have all the details and I wouldn't be allowed to share everything anyway but if I remember correctly, it has to do with different shop systems between the 'old' version and the version currently on the GF Client.
