Aion Riftshade

just bought the 899 Aion Coins Quna pack in Aion Classic and after using it in my inventory didnt get any of them. Now i have only the 6 Ysaba's Grace scrolls. Found a thread where You said that You are working on this bug, should i get a support ticket or what?
