1. Is it possible to achieve veteran status?

No, not at the moment. It might be introduced in a later stage, but at this moment there are no concrete plans for it.

2. After I used a gold pack, my status returns back to starter, shouldn't I be a veteran?

No, veteran status is only for the players who already had an account before Aion went F2P or who participated in the beta.

2a. I used a gold pack, but I can't create any characters, something is wrong!

No, this is working as intended, you'll have to wait a little bit (1h or so ) before you can create additional characters.

In some cases a complete relog (restart your client) can help to fix this problem.

2b. I made more then 2 characters, but my gold pack is running out, will they disappear and will I still be able to play with them?

Those characters will stay, and you can play with them. When your gold pack is expired, you wont be able to make any additional chars though.

3. I deleted an item. Can you restore it for me?

Here in the forums we will not be able to help you with this problem. The only way to receive help is to register at http://support.aionfreetoplay.com and submit a ticket. There you can ask a GM if he can restore deleted items. Be aware as we've got fixed rules which items will be restored.

4. Will there be new servers, because I don't wanna to be left behind gearwise or want as much people as possible, close to my level.

There is no plans for new servers at this moment.

5. Can I transfer my character to another server?

It's not possible to transfer your character to another servers at this moment as it might cause more imbalance to certain servers. Gameforge is looking into balancing factions and is setting some servers as recommended for new players. Just letting people transfer isn't always the best solution and balance is sometimes hard to evaluate. One faction might be bigger than the other one in numbers but the participation in sieges is lacking.

6. Help, I'm stuck. Can you unstuck me?

There are a couple of ways that can help you here. Posting on the forum however won't help.

=> Ask an SM to group with you and let him summon you.

=> If you are in a solo instance, just dc for 10-15minutes so you get kicked out of the instance and you should be unstuck (but with cooldown unfortunately)

=> If you are in a group instance, leave the group. After a few minutes you will teleport out. After this you can join the group again and finish the instance.

=> You can use "Retreat". You can find this option via Menu -> Skills -> Actions -> Retreat

=> Write a ticket to http://support.aionfreetoplay.com and ask a GM for assistance.

If I buy a one-time-use skin from Shop, can I still use it more times if I put it into Dressing Room wardrobe?

If you can put it inside the luna wardrobe, you can use it "unlimited" amount of times

Yes but you have to pay Luna for it

how do you mark every "unread post" as read? not to have 150 notifications permanently.

click on "forum" then on the right side click the blue check.
