Aion Riftshade

Hello there, i have problem here.its my first play this game, i cant make game account or play it, every time i try click "Play" button it say "An error has occured". I tried to change the email but always the same notification appears. I have also tried to contact the contact center but the answers given did not fix anything. Please somebody help me
