Hi, I'm from Belgium.
I tried to buy a subscription (Siel's energy) but wasn't able to do that. I contacted support but they couldn't help me. Could it be that belgian players somehow can't buy Siel's energy? I saw something on reddit abouit players from Belgium and Switzerland having problems.
since 3.0, players living in Belgium cannot top-up anymore. No announce was done about it and seems not a really priority for gamegorge to solve this.
either you change country, stop the game or ask someone who is not leaving to one of the 'blacklisted' countries to buy each items you need (taking in consideration that some items will stay unavailable for you).
they may think they have too much players in this game
