Issues with some quests

Unfortunately I am having difficulties with some quests, which should be in the game yet I find myself unable to obtain. The support competently redirected me to the forum to ask the community about those quests.

So here we go:

Region	Name	Issue
Verteron	[Group] Tursin Assassination	Spatalos is supposed to offer me the quest after completing [Group] Reducing Tursin Strength. Sadly he does not. All other quests in Verteron are completed.
Eltnen	Marfonda of Darkness	This reads like a dummy quest to me. Was anyone able to start it?
Eltnen	Speedy Delivery	Zinas should provide this quest on completing Dinner's on Me. However, that quest is not given by Dalanius and is labeled as level 99+.
Heiron	A Gnarly Problem	Karanus does not have such a quest. Solution: This appears to be a quest only for spiritmasters. Maybe one can confirm.
Heiron	Judge's Flame-Heated Tome	Most classes are capapble of handling multiple weapons. Is there a way to obtain additional Kromede's Flame?
Reshanta	Minonerk's Alternative	Minonerk does not hold that quest.
Sanctum	The Spiritmaster Preceptor's Task	it doesnt give jellies like it tells you, while the quest for sorcs does for example [Zenzaidane]
Heiron	The Crying Sword	Supposed to be offered by Ukon, who already offers the Judge's Flame-Heated quests.
Heiron	The Legend of Vindachinerk	I chose and completed the path of Poporinerk. Is there a way to access and do both routes?
Inggison	[League] Securing Avarice	I was a member of the league, even the alliance, which killed the deity and got ownership of the fortress, yet the quest did not update.
Heiron	[Spend Coin] Dangerous Probability	Atropos does not offer such a quest.

I excluded quests that require level 99+ and quests that at one point demand the visit of Inggison/Gelkmaros. My character is currently level 41 and pretty much all other quests below level 40 are completed, except for campaign quests.
