You shouldn't see that Login Screen. Do you start the Game from Gameforge Launcher?

I have the same , after crash server .

Game server and login server not available, already 8+ hours! Yesterday that problem was fixed, but looks like many regions can't connect since then!

and then why not just shut down the servers and fix the problem. why do you leave people 20-30 hours with no solution and no answer in support. why do so many people let themselves gain such an enormous head start and others after waiting months, maybe years for the game. put 30 euros for siels and deava pass in the game and after 15 hours of play you can't access the server for 30 hours without even looking at a ticket once after more than 20 hours! embarrassing gameforge. you are just embarrassing. I'm definitely not in the mood for the game anymore... tomorrow I can annoy myself with the pigeons who are hindering me in my quests because they simply have 30 hours more playing time! cool thing gameforge!!!!

people messing around with their network.. uninstall the game. reinstall, repair. start to doubt themselves because gameforge simply doesn't admit any mistakes and can't even do anything right! 2 days before the release you can postpone a game for 2 weeks.. but now shut down the server for 5-8 hours to fix the problem.. nooooo.. let them all level up nicely, and I'm supposed to get some exp tomorrow to catch up? uninstalled, done. With such support, I don't have to go any further. how will that be in the future. how was it in the past. I'm out aion snot. problems okay but leaving people stupid and giving others a head start? No thank you!

thinking about refund of Sieal and Daeva pass as well, this is so bad experience - not being able to connect while many people can play and gain advantage

everyone can think what they want but now that I'm 30 hours behind I don't have to play any more. that was really fun for me. all my people are now 45+ and i am 31... awesome. just crazy!!!!
