Aion Riftshade

Hi!

I haven't played Aion in years, and wanted to mess around on my old account a bit before Classic releases next week. I registered a new Gameforge account and wanted to link my old account in the Gameforge launcher. I know my old account name, but am unsure about the password. No matter what I try, it says the account could not be added. The way I see it, my account is either disabled due to long inactivity (I see an email from 2017 regarding that aswell), or I haven't hit the right password yet.

Is there any way to recover password or re-activate the account myself, or is my only option contacting support?

If your account is banned for inactivity then I would write to the support

In case you don't have support account yet you would need to create it and link the email adress your account is bound to (the one you got the email from 2017 on) - then they should be able to unban you without problems

Thank you! That password reset link worked - I was able to recover, link and log in.
