Aion Riftshade

This is the current solution (?) for AMD users,

1. Search for Graphics Settings.

2. Click browse.

3. Where it says "file name", type *aionclassic.bin and add it.

4. Press options of the new added file and select High Performance.

This is the current solution that works for some NVidia users,

1. Open NVidia control panel.
2. Navigate 3d Settings > Manage 3d settings > Program Settings tab.
3. Click Add.
4. Find a program that ends in "aionclassic.bin".

5. Click Add Selected Program.
6. In the first dropdown menu, make sure that the newly added program is selected, then in the second dropdown menu select the "High performance NVIDIA processor.
7. Click Apply.

There is nothing for AMD users currently.

on Windows 10 or 11 there should be an option in the windows settings app to change the graphic settings of a process. Sorry for the german screenshot, but I have no english windows here. Maybe it is worth a try. Please tell us if it works!

Could you please tell me the name of that EXE file? Do you mind copying the file location as well please?

Hello,

in your gamefolder there should be a "aionclassic.bin" file (\bin64\aionclassic.bin). If no *.bin is selectable in the window, just type an "*" in the "Filename" input and press enter/return. All files should be visible now.
