Aion Riftshade

Hello! I was playing on the Tahabata server in Eltnen when the game said that it detected an illegal program and the game had to be restarted. I restarted it, but since then I can't log in because I get this error message: "failed to load my social security number 5". Why is that?? I didn't use anything illegal.

What's more, when I killed a mob, there was a strange character nearby, that is, several characters moved in a group at the same time and killed the dragons, I think it could have been a bot.

I just tried with support, created an account support but couldn't log in to open a ticket and now the support page says "tried more passwords than normal users should" and waited 3 hours to try again...
