Cheap PC for Aion

Hello!
I'd like to change my PC spec for smooth performance in Aion. I don't play any other games so I don't want to spend a lot of money
Now I use old i3-4170 CPU and 8GB RAM without GPU. Classic is playable but fps are very low.
Could you help me what to choose?
