Charged twice for Qunah -- can't log into support site

Hi, I just purchased 1320 Quna and the transaction went through twice, meaning I was charged and sent 2x 1320 qunah.

Since I only clicked once, I should only have been charged once. I have therefore not accepted the 2nd lot of qunah, it is still in my delivery mailbox.

I have tried to submit a ticket but when trying the support link, it won't let me log in using the same log in details as my gameforge account.

Help please!

Hello Strutter,

Support account and Gameforge account are separated; this means you have to create an account in the support system in order to contact them. Please use the same email you have in your Gameforge account!

This being said, for payment related issues, you can contact our dedicated billing support.
