Hi.
My character on classic EU Tabatha server is stuck under the floor in Eltnen. It keep falling so I can"t use a scroll or return. When I try to contact the support from the launcher, I can't log in to my account.
Some help would be apreaciate.
Stupid question but, did you tried to use /retreat? It works sometimes. You can always ask for a Spiritmaster to summon you and pay them the stone cost

Yes, I tried /retreat but it has no effect . I asked a sumon on global chat but it was late and I got no answer. Maybe i'll have a better chance next time during the day.
The SM summon worked. thx. I don't need to contact the support anymore, but I'm still worried why I can't request the support.
Maybe because it's weekend and monday is a day off in Germany and some other countries.
Also /retreat usually does the trick.
