First of all, I want to say that I'm coming to the forum because support takes forever to respond.
The problem
Well, I'm wanting to play Aion for the first time and I'm simply unable to download the game due to a error on Gameforge. I can only stay 3 seconds on the download page, because out of nowhere the error takes over my screen "AN ERROR OCCURRED" and there is nothing I can do except click "reload" or "quit". I can't do anything at all on the download page inside the launcher. My internet is great and stable. I have enough storage space. The issue is that I can't even click "download" as the error pops up preventing me from taking any action.

Things I've already tried
1. Reinstall Gameforge
2. Check firewall restrictions
3. Check internet connection
4. Restart PC
5. I already checked my account email
6. Checked storage space (I only have one SSD, no partitions)
7. I don't have and never had a VPN
