Can't create ingame account

Today i'm login into launcher using my gmail account, and try to create ingame account, but get an error 'An error has occourred'. I read this forum and find out that VPN is restricted, so i have no idea my account is locked/banned/supended or some kind of? I write to support, but still no answer. But at this moment i can create Aion (main) account
