Account restriction for 4700 days, all of a sudden?

hello, has anyone else encountered similar issues?

Everything was normal when I played a couple of days back, but now when I try logging in, it says I'm banned for over 4000 days... o.o

I've always kept things friendly and never had any issues with others. In fact, it was me who had to report someone else for harassing me privately.

There's no use of any third-party software on my part or even a VPN. It's baffling...

I've reached out to their support, yet they haven’t responded. Feels like a dead end.

Plus, there was ABSOLUTELY NO NOTIFICATION, be it email or otherwise about this ban.

Honestly, I've never been warned or temporarily banned before, not even once..

While waiting for any help, I'm diving into Aion Riftshade. Had early access as a beta tester, and it's been fantastic. Things seem super stable with no unexpected bans. Maybe it's time for a shift with them offering that server-side anticheat and active support on their Discord. Worth a shot if you're fed up elsewhere!

Ok understood ty. Can realistically someone be banned for 10 years and what would warrant something like this?

The 4000 Days are just a number, i was 4000+ days banned too but if not use 3rd party programms or botting, scaming, cheating they unban you 100%, if you to this they not unban you

Thinks like buy Kinah or insult people is not a reason for perma ban
