Do you think it would be possible to down it with leg jewells on cleric and templar (dps are full ultimate pve +15) and armor +15 ?

It will be possible with that setup as long as all your stuff is +15 (even with leg jewels) and stats are rolled correctly on your armour and you know how the boss works, to make your life easier take the artifact buff for +250 pve def

Thanks for the guide. For doing this boss, does the earring that the previous one gives makke a huge difference compared to ultimate noble splen when killing this boss?

Noble splen > shiny accessories unless you have the full set of shiny
