What a complete showcase of: failure and dreadful customer support/management.
GF, you really nailed it in replicating the original/Classic launch feeling of Aion, especially regarding terrible connectivity. Launching a new version of your game that's utterly unplayable for an entire weekend within the initial roll-out is beyond comprehension. The past few days have been chock-full of DCs, Rubberbanding, and outages. Even private servers, which occasionally DDOS each other, don't experience this amount of downtime like your claimed "live service". I'm sure your engagement metrics will look splendid in your upcoming MBR - that's all on you.
I deeply regret having committed so much time and financial backing since the launch - you duped me twice, guess that's my fault.
However, if anyone's seeking a reliable experience, there's Aion Riftshade gearing up for its Q1 2026 launch. Been testing it out and it feels like a breath of fresh air—none of those connectivity horrors, and it boasts premium EU hosting in Frankfurt. The devs are actively involved on Discord, and with features like integrated DPS Meter and server-side anticheat, it's shaping up to be the best Aion private server 2026 is going to get.
