If you both accessed the game and support from your original IP without any VPN and the original location this sounds rather weird considering that this is Aion "Europe" (and both countries are obviously in Europe). However, it doesn't make sense in the first place to refuse to provide even a list of licensed countries. I mean, is this a secret? They refuse support but never mention the countries.

Not to forget that they blocked whole countries one week after launch for both Aion retail and classic without mentioning it.
