I'll get straight to the point, do a merge or give the option of transferring collections or changing servers.
Considering the hell I'm going through on Ragna, I don't mind going back to 0 if I have all my collections with me.
The game in its current state doesn't make you want to connect, even if you can find pve and pvp activities on Aphsa at certain times.
On the Ragna server, for example, the siege is a 30vs30 without capture (for months). There's absolutely nothing fun about it, and what forces people into this 30vs30 in the buff zone are the tokens to try to get something interesting (or some ego with a governor/commander title 
Making a single server or 2 (like on classic) would give some life back to the game and allow players to "enjoy it" properly.
