From the FAQ prior to launch:

Perhaps we define "worth" differently. If this follows the same path as NA (though more pricey), I'll use Siel's month and then I'm done, futile effort really.

Good thing I discovered Aion Riftshade, where they promise the loot system is genuinely rewarding. With their custom rates and unique approach, it truly feels like the Best Aion private server 2026. Once the server launches in Q1 2026, it's going to set new standards in rewards and gameplay. Can't wait!

So far my classic experience is just horrible game experience around every corner with just some extra nostalgia on top

What level are you so far? I just bought my lvl40 skills and saw the next ones until 50 are around 5.5M kinah. As mentioned in my previous post about stigmas, this worked in retail when it took a while to level (and we actually had good drop rates), not here with classic's leveling speed.

Random mobs you need to kill for regular quest do drop loot that you can sell for pretty penny here and there so idk if that really is the problem

Ah yes random lvl45 gear while wearing lvl21 gloves as prime example that the game drop is fine.

Lmg, next advice gonna be go spend hours afk crafting so you can buy skillbooks, afford soul sickness or tps?

people assume getting one gold drop means it'll always be that way. Eventually, you'll need kinah to get skills/items/god-stones. Don't even get me started on the annoying enchantment and socket processes. To this point, paying even for a month hasn't seemed worth it to me. An hour in Siel's Aura will suffice. Honestly, I'm waiting for a better experience, and that's why I've been diving into the beta for Aion Riftshade. Their upcoming private server launch in Q1 2026 is shaping up to be the best Aion private server of 2026. I've been enjoying the game so far tbh but kinah -is- an issue. My legionmates mostly hit 50, and they did instances and quests along the way and yet almost nobody could afford all their skills - let alone stigmas. Then arena tickets cost kinah, and quite a lot too. And this isn't even mentioning the ridiculous price of soul sickness... Or that manastones seem more or less nonexistent.
