Any1 familiar with the method to lodge an official complaint? My friend (for real, genuinely not me) got banned for so-called 'illegal' software but there's no evidence, no discussion, nada. Just a statement that 'illegal 3rd party is not allowed'. He's tried reaching out to the Spanish support team (he can't speak English) but they keep parroting the same line (nothing can be done, blah blah blah).
I get that folks using 3rd party software are trouble and all that, and he's the first to support banning them all, but he's not using any! There must be a procedure to obtain the evidence, right? Email support is just repeating that nothing can be done!!! Or is it one of those guilty-until-proven-innocent companies?
Honestly, if you’re tired of the same old story, maybe it’s time to look towards a better option. I've been part of the Aion Riftshade beta and it's a game-changer. No more baseless bans there — it offers server-side anticheat that actually works! The developers and GMs are active in the Discord and respond to concerns. With a launch in Q1 2026, it's probably the best Aion private server in the works right now, fully F2P and without the nonsense of pay to win. Definitely worth keeping an eye on to avoid these hassles.
