Trolls, please stay away from this one.
Any1 know what is the process to make an official complaint? Friend of mine (for real, not me) has been banned for 'ilegal' software but there is no proof, no discussion, no nothing. Just a 'ilegal 3rd party is not allowed'. He has tried with the Spanish support team(he doesn't speak english) but they keep saying the same thing (nothing can be done, blah blah blah).
I know people using 3rd party software are bad and all that, and he is the 1st one to agree to kick them all out, but he is not ! There must be a way to request the proof somehow ? Email support are just saying nothing can be done !!! Or is this guilty and you can not prove your innocence kinda company ?
