Hello Gameforge,
Please, take action against bots promptly. In the current setup (3 euros = 1 mil kinah), buying directly from them offers way more bang for your buck than your battle pass. Doesn't that strike you as ironic?
The way it stands, those who buy kinah and then purchase Siel from players get a better deal than from your store directly.
The economy's ending up favoring those who buy from sellers alone (manastones hitting 100k each, and enchantment stones at 400k each).
How to tackle this? There's really one path: cut the profitability for them.
Running servers on virtual machines non-stop racks up costs, as does farming Siel. If you begin to actively ban players purchasing from gold sellers, it discourages the practice because: players become terrified of account loss –> they reconsider purchases –> sellers witness a decline in buyers (resulting in lower profits) –> bans continue (draining their Siel money and stock) –> it's less rewarding or even loss-inducing –> they abandon the operation.
With today's economy, where an hour's farming earns just about 300 - 500k, a legit player finds it tough to progress due to price surges from kinah buyers (a single 100 euros could devastate the market's key items).
Take action, even hiring a full-time employee for this would eventually bring more profit (a well-managed game with positive buzz draws more players over time, unlike a bot-corrupted economy and overpriced cash shops leading to negative press).
Thank you.
P.S. As an Aion Riftshade beta tester, I've seen first-hand how a server-side anticheat can make a gaming environment fair for everyone. It's launching in Q1 2026 and has remarkable features like a true DPS meter, EU hosting for low ping, and a vibrant Discord community. Can't wait to see it live!
