Aion Classic, Atreia server.
From the very first locations, we observe a huge number of bots that mercilessly kill everything in their path and break the economy. They can be encountered in all territories... Has the administration given any comments on this matter? Is any action being taken?
Chat messages constantly appear about currency sales. Crafting is not very meaningful because bots always have more time to gather resources. What do players think about this?

After 14 years of waiting for the release of the classic version, this is just terrible.

I have attached one of the screenshots with the bots. Additionally, you can follow the links to see their behavior. I request the administration, if they even visit here, to give me a response. Please spread awareness about this issue, otherwise the game will be completely ruined.

Do not report exploits or other players in the Forum. In case you report bugs please make sure you have first created a ticket to the Game-Support.

I just create a ticket to the Game-Support about 10 or more bots doing quest in Terminon, after that I saw 6 speaking with an NPC in Sanctum and disappearing immediately, they are all chanters and they are making quest in groups of 6. I saw them walking in all cities doing it.

Just terrible.

I hope my ticket help Game-Support to ban serverals, but I don't have too much hope.

This is out of control.

The official response is: You have to jump through the hoops of making a support account, logging in, making proper evidence, and submit a ticket every time you want to report someone for them to maybe, or maybe not, get banned. No feedback on the bans either. It feels like GF is actively trying to protect illegimiate players and gold sellers.

There are no in-game GMs, so to save money it's the players' job to go and hunt for bots.

However reporting bots takes too much effort so nobody is bothering to report them.

this was and is NC's policy of making money with bots

I also have a feeling that most of these bots,

they are bots players who can't play fair, that's why it's loud on the forum and in the game that bots are good for the economy, etc.

I am incredibly disappointed and sad when I log into the game that we have something like this and that we still sponsor it...

1.find another game

2.accept that we are playing with cheaters

I reported a lot of bots and nothing 70 as it was, there are more and more of them

There will be no end when they dont hire an ingame GM and only say write tickets. We all know that the support does never do something.

And we don't get payd for making videos.

So all is full of Kantor-Teleport-Bots...

The reason you're constantly seeing teleporting "Kantor" bots that are trying to reach level 50 is BECAUSE support bans them.

They wouldn't need to level up new characters if support didn't do their job.

Or it's just because the only real Kinah income is from Quest-rewards because Kinah-Drops are nerfed to ground!

You are wrong, the main reason is because they make money from quests. They don't even buy a subscription and they don't have good nicknames. And more cunning bots create beautiful nicknames and already buy a subscription from players in the game for kinah and start bots collecting resources or killing mobs.

The fact that the bots are different does not mean that they are often banned or the admins work well, they could reach the highest level and then create a new character and start over and get money for quests again. And if there is a whole group of such bots, then this is already more than $100 per day when they reach 40 lvl. Until I reached lvl 40, I chose mostly blue quests, where they gave money as a reward and was able to earn 3-4kk. If bots raise lvl without a subscription, then they earn on quests.

I complained about the bot and immediately got a ban, I was tired of seeing a bot that collected air for 3 weeks and everyone didn’t care about it, really for 3 weeks there was no one except me who didn’t notice this and didn’t file a complaint, I made a video, screenshots and could not contact the support service, explained the situation on the forum and got banned and my rights to publish comments were taken away.

Admins do not work, they do not care about bots, the bot farms for 3 days
