Though probably noone reads this forum anymore I wanted to share some thoughts and ask some questions.
Maybe you have already noticed that with the latest season of Daeva pass quests and points have changed.
Five daily quests now give a total of 65 points daily, seven weekly quests give 450 points weekly and nine season quests combined give 1400 points. Season lasts 26 days. All quests together give a total of 4890 points. We need 4500 points to reach lv. 45 of Daeva pass, nothing changed in this regard.
Dailies and weeklies do not depend on timed events and can be done through whole day and doing them each day and week, we can now gather 1690 (26 x 65) points with dailies and 1800 (4 x 450) with weeklies and we need 1010 more points from season quests that are mostly schedule/spawn dependant (boldened):
- 300 points for receiving 5 hero trophies,
- 250 points for getting sakhril chest,
- 200 points for killing 10x gate Brigade general (not sure atm which mob is this, maybe the one that spawns from the gates that appear at Lahmu battle once per week??),
- 150 points from getting 5x corps insignias,
- 100 points for obtaining 2x Merva victory marks,
- 100 points for obtaining 2x fighting armour,
- 100 points for applying oath; (kind of time dependant, but with frequent changes)
- 100 points for killing Agent,
- 100 points for completing 15 Tower quests.
Personally I never managed to do tower 15 times, never completed Agent, I rarely catch time for Hero trophies and even if I do, entrance is not guaranteed, cause there seem to be too few people for that, even catching Merva seems to be hard at times. Lahmu battle is also a challenge to catch. Sakhril chest were one man loot so far, luck was needed.
With all(!!!!) dailies and weeklies we can afford to skip 3 season quests (3 x 100 points) at most, if we skip fourth we are 10 points short. As I see the system is tougher compared to previous season in which I managed to reach level 45 even with skipping some dailies and even weeklies.
I guess there are many people who already have everything in the game, so maybe 50 ultimate fragments of memory at lv 45 are no biggie for most people (counting only regular rewards, not Luna ones), I don't know. But if that's true, why making things tougher for less capable, less geared etc?
Are there any other changes planned to balance things? Anyone knows more about this, maybe about how it was managed in Korea? Was it an attempt to lure people into Arena for hero trophies? Are ultimate fragments coming to shop??
