The way we gain AP in Atreia is absolutely absurd, not adjusted to match our population size and the AP requirements of 2.7+ patches
- KKM swapped for Telos results in gaining even less AP
- Dredgion win = 8-10k AP, but just 3-4k if you lose
- Tiak: same AP as dredgion
- ESO: AP is still as low as in 2.0, barely anyone goes there since the effort isn’t worthwhile unless they’re paying for a feed
- In retail we had three dredgions a day, now merely one
- Siege fort with our Atreia numbers = 3-8k AP
- Agent battle with 1700 participants = only a small bunch gets rewarded
Now consider:
- AP stigmas are priced at about 850K AP
- 1 GBG set (armor/acce/dual weap/wings) demands 13 MILLION AP
- Most classes require more than just one set of armor/weapons, some as many as 3-4
- 2.8 introduces another armor set -> adds another 5M AP
The AP gain hasn't kept up with the large population in Atreia or the demands of this patch. At the bare minimum, we should benefit from the 50% extra gain from Siel like NA has (applicable to everything, relics, pvp, ddg/tiak, siege, etc).
Ultimately, once more, the victors are the p2w players who pay for Telos/ESO with Kinah, obtained by selling coins/buying with quna or through RTM, largely sourced from bots.
