Shop rotation criteria, if any?

Is there a way we can get, so to say, nicer items in the shop? I find myself wanting to spend money, but the current availability keeps me from doing so. No more bathing suits please, or any fish looking costumes ... Thank you!

Totally agree. Current armor/weapon remodels are just so bas and stupid.
Can we really get some good fantasy like remodels instead of fish clothes, etc.?
