Tahabata box 7 insignia gone from craftsmens NPS

Respecting administration, after technical work on 05/24/23 with NPCs of all professions, with the exception of cooking, the recipe (design) for crafting a tahabata box for 7 insignia disappeared, what is the reason for this? Isn't this a bug?
