Description: Died in Eye of Reshanta during 'New Wings' camp, NPC (Raithor) to follow up on the camp is in Eye of Reshanta but I can't fly back in. Unable to continue or finish campaign.
While this does not solve the bug, the NPC you are supposed to talk to may be reached without the quest. You just go to Bloodrun Reach in the center of the Upper Abyss and fly downwards into the Eye of Reshanta.
Alternatively, you might ask some spiritmaster to summon you there.
