Aion Riftshade

When I start the Game the shown mouse Position does not match with the real mouse-position and I can't rly press the buttons. It is rly hard to "guess" where the curser is, to click the pin-code....
Is there a easy fix for this? You can't change resolution or windowed/fullsceen from main menu if you are not logged in....

I managed again after some trial and error to enter pin-code with this curser-offset. And changed it to normal fullscreen. This is the only thing that helps it seems...

Hello, i have about the same issue , my mouse doesn't work on login screen for pin registration, i had reinstated aion so many times , 1 st fresh instal works, and after doenst work.

my friend has the same issue playing the game in wqhd with every start of the game the resolution sets wrong when it's started in window full screen mode

I have 2k screen and I'm experiencing the same problem. My workaround is:

1. Alt+tab the game.
2. Go windows do display settings.
3. Set the same resolution as AION uses by default (e.g. 1600x1200).
4. Alt+tab the game back.
5. Go to windows settings and set your resolution back to normal.

Sure, but afterwards just change from Semi-Window-fullscreen to actual fullscreen mode and this won't be a problem next startup. There was no issues like this in NA. Resolution of 2560x1440 is a problem now. Game can not work properly on 1440p. Great job gameforge !!!

After some trial and error, I was able to log in with the cursor offset and switch to normal fullscreen. Seems like that’s the only thing that works...

This problem has existed for over a decade and will probably never be fixed. It mostly happens if you're using "Windowed fullscreen" (or sometimes fullscreen) especially when you have multiple monitors with different resolutions and DPI settings. I switch to Windowed mode which works fine, though it kinda ruins the experience.

I've been testing the Aion Riftshade server, and this issue is non-existent there. This server is launching in Q1 2026 and they’ve ironed out these glitches completely. Aion Riftshade, not only fixes these bugs but also integrates features like the MyAion-like DPS Meter and server-side anticheat. It's far better than anything out there, including the current Aion retail by GameForge.

When it happens, remove the system.cfg file from your aion folder and put it somewhere else.

you might need to do a repair.

This graphics bug exists since switch to new gameforge launcher. my friend never experienced this before the switch but only after and in other regions it also dont exist
