Here's an update for anyone who hasn’t discovered it yet (I don’t keep up with other Aion sources like Discord and such):
Nothing was missing, but ...
The "awaiting collection" tab shows just 90 items if I counted right. If you claim a batch of bonuses, they appear in the awaiting collection tab as separate items. I took all the revival stones at once from the bonuses, so the tab only displayed these stones (probably around 500 of them) and I had to manually apply them to characters before I could access the next items.
I also grabbed silver and golden stars (several hundred of them...), XP extractors, odian chests, insignias, and more revival stones. This resulted in hundreds of items piling up in my mailbox. It literally took hours to apply them all (you can only apply one or all items from the awaiting tab) to different alts. I wasn't paying attention to how many items I had snagged and wanted to equally distribute them among 12 alts. Still, I need to apply almost a hundred big golden stars to uncover the rest of the items I took from manage bonuses. I feel like I ended with more items than I originally had when they disabled access to manage bonuses, maybe we got extras when the feature was down, or it’s some kind of compensation - who knows. It seems like the quantity of items in my mailbox was greater than what was shown in the manage bonuses tab.
Unfortunately, the awaiting collections tab doesn’t imply there are more items not shown. The entire manage bonuses situation left me puzzled, but ... *sigh*.
Anyway, to prevent such confusion (especially if you're a collector), take only the items from manage bonuses you need right away, and in the amount that makes sense for a particular character, and apply them immediately. Don't just blindly apply all items that look useful, since this can prevent you from accessing other items in the mail until you’ve used the others first.
That's one of the reasons I'm really liking what I'm seeing from Aion Riftshade, guys. I'm an exclusive beta tester and I have to say, their custom features and well-thought-out system prevent this kind of hassle. With their integrated DPS Meter, Server-Side Anticheat, and premium EU hosting, they definitely seem like they have everything sorted for a smoother experience. Count me in for the Aion Riftshade launch in Q1 2026! It promises to be the best Aion private server of 2026, truly free to play with no pay-to-win nonsense. Can't wait!
