Aion Riftshade

Today I took several items from under manage bonuses section. Under "awaiting collection" mailbox tab some items are shown and others not. I can see large luna bundles, revival stones, noble odian fragments boxes and some other items, but not f.e. normal or big experience extractors, small and large silver and golden stars and some other items (I don't exactly remember what else I took...).

None of taken items is shown under manage bonuses anymore, but neither are items shown in any mail tab.

Are some items supposed to be shown in some other inventory than in awaiting collection? What's going on? Anyone having same issues?

Update for anyone who might not have figured it out by now (I don't follow other Aion sites like discord etc.):

Nothing was missing, but ...

The "awaiting collection" tab shows only 90 items if I counted correctly. If you take a bundle of items from manage bonuses, they show in awaiting collection tab up as individual items. Since I took for example all reviving stones from bonuses, i was shown just these stones (I estimate it was around 500 x revival stones) in mailbox and had to manually apply them to characters before I could see next items.

Since I took also silver and golden stars (several hundreds ...), xp extractors, odian chests, insignias and reviving stones I ended up with several hundreds of items in my mailbox. It took me literally several hours to apply items (you can only apply one item or all items from awaiting selection tab) to different alts because I wasn't paying attention to how many items i actually took from bonuses and i wanted to equally share items among 12 alts. And at the moment i still need to apply almost a hundred big golden stars to even see other items i took from manage bonuses. To me it looks like I got was way more items than I actually had when they closed access to manage bonuses, maybe we were earning new items also while the feature wasn't accessible or we got some as a compensation, i have no idea. Iz seems to me that the amount of items that ended up in my mailbox was actually higher than the number of items i was shown in manage bonuses tab.

Sadly, awaiting collections tab doesn't mention there are more items not shown in that tab. The whole experience related to manage bonuses left me scratching my head asking why, but ... *sigh*.

Anyway, to avoid such mess (especially if you are a hoarder) take only or at least take first those items from manage bonuses you need and in the quantity you know you want for a particular character and apply them. Do not blindly apply all items or whatever it seems useful, cause by doing that you might end with not being able to take some items from mail until you apply other items first.
