because I don't see this in the current know issues list (Maintenance update 7.5: 09.06.2020) I am reporting that leveling from 64 to 75 is bugged. I don't see any other report on the forum, if I missed it, I apologize.

Server: Stormwing
Side: Asmodian

Area: Beluslan

Teleporter: Besfer Refugee

Questing there starts at 64 (up to 75)

Main problem: Mobs are 80 in this area.

Other problem: I am 76, can no longer pickup any quests in Beluslan

I leveled to 75/76 in Beluslan Observatory. Got new gear at 75(?) that made it possible to kill mobs in Gelkmaros (level 76). Did some quests there, but I am stuck on 76. I abandoned the quests in Beluslan, thinking I wouldn't need them anymore. Now I can no longer pickup any quests in Beluslan, and I am done questing in Gelkmaros. I am stuck.

If I was able to pickup quests in Beluslan, I would just grind my way to 80. But that is not possible as I cannot pickup any quests (including in Besfer Refugee Camp, Beluslan) anymore, and I don't have any in my Quests log.

Any solutions to this or do I have to wait till next patch fix?

Do daily and weekly Luna Instances

Yeah, I realized that it might be by design to be 75/76 and then move onto Gelkmaros. So I will do that, its fine. And the Luna quests.

But for people at 68+, I still see people struggle in Beluslan where mobs are 80. So I direct them to the other quests at Beluslan Observatory.
