For properly reporting a bug, please make sure you have also created a support ticket.
In this, please add screenshots, eventually videos if a screenshot is not descriptive enough, and as much information as possible
Example for ticket information! (don't post personal data on forum)
from the support website, contact support, select bug report
there pleaes add
- your account name (only in the ticket and no password at all! Aion support will never ask for your password)
- the character name
- what happened at which occasion
- add screenshot
example:
disconnect in dredgion
account: dummyaccount12345
character: dummy12345
On dying in dredgion I got disconnected and then was suddenly at the obelisk, even though only 2 minutes had passed
if possible, also give rough time stamps (like 7pm or so)
