Disconnected from the server

Hello! Got a problem: after DRED ended i appeared near the fountain in Gelk and immediatelly got "Disconnected from the server". 5 times!!! I can't play and every time i enter game and appear in Gelk i see this inscription. Wrote to support got no answer. Please, help me!

Just take a break from the game and wait for support to resolve it eventually
