First of all no such info in our patchnotes, second of all it's working correctly, your minion is level1 maxed so it get stats from lvl2, aswell my minion is lvl2 maxed and it gives 185 pve (in my case) attack and 14.625hp and my friend minion (lvl3 maxed) gives 15k hp
