Aion Riftshade

I've downloaded the launcher multiple times and tried to install the game but sadly i can't download it for some reason ,
i am not getting any Errors either nothing happens when i press install choose the folder etc.
I tried downloading the other games in the gameforge launcher and they all work fine , no idea what is happening
I've played the game before so i have no idea what the issue is ( tried re-downloading the lancher / restarting pc )
also send a ticket to support but that's been taking forever it seems.
