Aion Riftshade

Since yesterday after the update, whispering some contacts that are in diffrent servers or integrated maps (or me in integrated maps and them at normal server) results with a messages that "x person is not playing the game" even if they are online when i sent the whisper.

This isn't happening to all of the contacts in friend list, some of them can recieve the whispers normally, but others can't.
