i bought twice this box from shop and one more item, double checked if it should be delivered to this char but this box not have been delivered and AC was taken, this other item delivered right away so it is some kind of bug.
i will sent info to support but i wanted you to know about this.

new update box as i see was deleted from shop so someone saw this bug, now it's time to wait for support response.
new update: box again on aionshop wonder if it works now, i will not try until support answer.
