i was logged today for siege while i was trying to login to support for change pass... and i was banned without reason. i was surprised and i tryed to login into game, and it was writed who i was banned because i "used software that is prohibited to use in game" but i haven't cheat or things like that.

After, for writing to support i logged an alt and again logged with browser into support, and again banned....

idk why, and ALSO if i try to log in support for write a ticket they don't recognize my credential... that's totally crazy....

Discussing bans on forum is not allowed.

Sadly, the only choice you have is writing a ticket to the support.

Nonetheless, regarding the message you got when you were banned and the fact that you were banned on an alt account too, sounds to me as if you were using a VPN while playing Aion, maybe you forgot to turn it off before.

Please check that and tell the support.

Said ban reason appears for example after "system bans" due to logging in and out of different accounts on the online shop within a short period of time. Therefore calm down for now and just submit a ticket - and the support account is separated from the game accounts. So you have to register one first, preferable with your Aion account's email.

If you use vpn while logging your account (not only in game, also website or forum, atleast back in time) you can get yourself banned. Maybe works same with support, idk about that

As already mentioned, please open a Support ticket. Game bans are not resolved on the forum.
