My problem is I enchanted my weapon (+13 to +15) and my breastplate (+7 to +10) silent black feather gear between maintenance on past wednesday and the server restart. I losed my progress ( I can undestund isnt restorable) but also I lost my atreia pass and the shugo gold. (for craft this enchantment stones x2 ultimate pvp enchantment stones)
The support told me they are investigating the issue about atreia pass. My question is: ¿We will recieve a shugo gold back? ¿or some kind of compensation after the lost our items with atreia pass?
I think I losed one week respect other players. Please help me or give an answer. Im sure there are more players with same problem.
