For about 4 days now I haven't been able to use the shop (which sucks because I still have currency to use...), the window will open and nothing happens beyond that. It just stays blank. Any ideas?

If you already tried to repair your client and the issue persists, please make sure to follow these steps:
1. Delete the folder "Data" and "L10n" within your AION client installation folder.
2. Make sure to remove any kind of modification you may have tried to apply to your AION client (language packs, bat file, etc.).
3. Make sure to launch the game only and exclusively from the Gameforge client and do not use any external software, such as DPS meter for example.
4. After following these steps, please repair the game once again.

I will give that a try, although since it didn't work for you I am not sure it will do anything. :c Weird that only some people have shop issues lol. I also couldn't access the shop on release day, I got that weird error. I had to log onto the game on another PC and buy my Aura that way... I'm going to try logging onto the other PC and see if the shop works there again too.

great, please tell me whether it worked or not. i could buy siel's aura easily from the game during launch, but somehow the shop doesnt work for me now

not sure what the problem is. but i decide to use my friend's laptop to log into the game. and the shop worked fine. i can claim compensation from shop. Something in their game system probably clashed with our windows.

The thing is, it was working fine on my system like two days ago and I haven't changed anything. It just stopped working for no apparent reason, really weird.
it might be a weird stuff. but the shop is working fine for me now.
i tried to add every exe file on gameforge folder as administrator with windows 7 compatibility.
not sure if that's the reason of why it's working or gameforge actually fix it
