As many of you might have noticed, the server has been rather unstable over the past few days. This situation arises from continuous assaults on the server.

During this period, we've been tirelessly working on the issue, so, please, don't think we are oblivious or merely hoping it will resolve itself.

This isn't the first sabotage attempt on the server (and unfortunately won’t be the last). Every preceding attack has been successfully resolved, and the server remains operational. This time won't be any different. Nonetheless, we must endure some difficulties and unwelcome interruptions while playing the game. Eventually, the assaults will cease.

Throughout our work on the server, we've rectified numerous exploits within the game's protection system created by developers. Each attack reduces the number of vulnerabilities. Consequently, the server will continue running smoothly and become even more secure.

 Our Defense Mechanism

To address comments like "install an anti-ddos system," allow me to clarify. We've always maintained a robust anti-DDoS system operating nonstop and never once deactivated. Regrettably, no anti-ddos measure can completely counteract vulnerabilities within the game server itself. Our development team tackles these problems through alternative approaches. 

Moreover, an anti-DDOS system takes time to block all attacking sources. This isn't an instantaneous solution. That's why disconnections happen when a massive attack starts. Once maintenance on the anti-ddos setup is complete, all offensive IPs get blocked, eliminating them as threats. Consequently, attackers must constantly adapt their botnet to maintain their assault.

 Server’s Current Status

Regrettably, we can't yet promise round-the-clock server stability. There might be times when urgent, unscheduled restarts are necessary. Please consider this when participating in dungeons and other game functionalities. 

Once these issues are resolved, players will receive reparations for any disturbances caused.

Connectivity Challenges
If you face trouble connecting to the server, it’s highly likely that your IP is blocked by the anti-DDoS system. We advise using any VPN for game access. With ongoing attacks, individualized IP handling isn't feasible right now.

If this is the price we have to pay for seeing the backs of a bunch of cancerous people-I'm fine with that.

the better way would have been to split Game-Server from LogIn-Server and block IPs max. 2 Hours.

most german players cannot play now, because IP-blocked.. VPN with Highping? no thanks!

To resolve the problem you can try this:
1) run a VPN service
2) swap your IP:
   a) if it's dynamic - restart your router;
   b) if it's static - contact your ISP and ask for an IP change.

in my small town, the provider assigns addresses for a very long time, they are tied to the contract (Internet via cable), the provider will not change the IP if some user has problems with some game

You have to be kidding me. What's on your mind when giving out such pointless suggestions? Your so-called "anti-ddos" clearly fails to protect against ddos, and what's more infuriating is it bans nearly all proxies (along with numerous individual IPs). It's a madness that keeps escalating.

Why bother changing IPs? Sure, you change your IP. And guess what? Another ban hits you the next day. Does this make any sense to you?

Truth is - it was YOUR decision to block users' IPs unjustly, and it's up to YOU to handle the consequences. The only viable route to rescue this project is to properly FIX the "anticheat/antiddos" system and LIFT every single IP ban.

It's not the users' responsibility to correct YOUR unnecessary IP bans, nor should it ever be. 

What's your decision? Will you remedy this critical problem, or continue ignoring these issues until every single IP gets banned?

Yeah, no surprise there. Even if they did, your new IP might just get banned the next day. That advice was ridiculous from the beginning. What truly needs to happen is just a simple UNBAN of your IP address. It was their mistake doing it without any logical reason, and only they can rectify that error.

Let's wait and see which force will win out - this ongoing madness or rational thinking. Btw, I've been testing Aion Riftshade server, set to launch Q1 2026, and it's truly refreshing. No nonsensical bans or ISP issues here like the other servers.

So some players are playing the game getting gp, getting money having fun, other players are IP banned. How is that fair ? So ur sollution is to reset my router ? really? please stop server for 1 week, fix it and run it again. 2 months constant lag now im IP banned.
